Adam Sobel is an award-winning vegan chef, cookbook author, and culinary instructor who shut down his popular restaurants and food truck, The Cinnamon Snail, when the pandemic hit and pivoted to teaching cooking online. 

To drive more new students to his classes, he launched a food blog and got kinda obsessed with funnel building and email marketing.

He’s cooked at the James Beard House, represented the USA at the World Street Food Congress in the Philippines,  and been featured in the New York Times and on the Food Network for his inventive vegan cuisine.

When Adams not geeking out about conversion rate optimization, hes snuggling with (and kissing) his zillion rescued border collies, chilling with his rescued wallaby Doyle, and researching the guy who ate the airplane (his #1 obsession).
