Oh hey there, I′m glad you're here!
And if you're on the hunt for some top-notch email marketing strategy and conversion copywriting tips - you've come to the right place!
If you have no idea what your subscribers’ pain points are or what is valuable to them, you won’t be able to reach them.
So when it comes to connecting with new subscribers — especially if you’re selling something — a solid strategy to personalize your email content is key.
Our client, Food Blogger Pro, has a membership community that helps creative food bloggers and content creators achieve their dreams of building a profitable food blog.
However, not everyone who joins their email list is in the same place with starting or growing their food blog — for some, it’s an idea or a hope of starting a blog and they need questions answered. For others, they’re scaling up site traffic and wanting to monetize their site… perhaps even quit their daytime job!
Both of those audiences visit the Food Blogger Pro website every day and join their email list.
But both of those audiences have VERY different reasons for why they would join the Food Blogger Pro membership, right?
Taking THAT into consideration, I created an email strategy for Food Blogger Pro that connects with each new subscriber right where they are — based on what the reader says is their biggest goal — and positions the membership sales emails in a way that makes sense for what problems the subscriber needs solved right away.
And lemme tell you, the results were AMAZING. (Get the full story here!)
With their new automated nurture sequences in place, Food Blogger Pro saw a 1000% increase in site traffic from emails between January 2020 and January 2021! And, in the first three months of 2021, traffic increased 100% compared to the previous quarter.
Not only that, but in less than one year of the automations going live, these new emails have boosted new member enrollment sign-ups and increased sales revenue by over $7900 (much of which will be recurring revenue, since it’s a membership).
But wait there’s more…
Food Blogger Pro also experienced:
10% of all new subscribers clicking through to the Food Blogger Pro membership sales page via the New Subscriber Welcome email sequence
3,994 unique membership sales page visits within one calendar year (July 2020-August 2021)
An average open rate of 45% on general newsletter emails (an increase of over 20% than prior to having a welcome and nurture sequence created).
